Smoked Jalapeņos
Slice Jalapeņos in two parts lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. For hotter Jalapeņos, leave some seeds. Fill each Jalapeņos piece to mounding with cream cheese. Wrap with a 1/2 bacon slice and secure with tooth picks. Place on smoker at about 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until bacon is done.
