Smoked Jalapeņos

20 Fresh Jalapeņos
2-3 pkgs cream cheese (8oz.)
2 pkgs thin sliced center cut bacon (12 oz.)
  long tooth picks

Slice Jalapeņos in two parts lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. For hotter Jalapeņos, leave some seeds.

Fill each Jalapeņos piece to mounding with cream cheese. Wrap with a 1/2 bacon slice and secure with tooth picks.

Place on smoker at about 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until bacon is done.
